Our Philosophy

Bathrooms deserve the same care as every other room

Most builders treat bathrooms as an afterthought — a quick tile job and a standard suite bolted to the wall. We think that's wrong. Your bathroom is the first room you use every morning and the last room you use every night. It should be beautiful, functional, and built to withstand twenty years of daily use.

We handle everything — stripping out the old bathroom, re-routing waste pipes, waterproofing, underfloor heating, tiling, vanity units, shower screens, mirrors, lighting, and final decoration. One team from start to finish. One person to call if anything needs attention.

Complete Bathroom Service

Everything included in one price

Design & Layout

We design your bathroom layout to maximise space, natural light and storage. Every pipe run, every tile line, every shower niche — planned before we start.

Plumbing & Drainage

Complete re-plumb if needed. New hot and cold feeds, waste pipes re-routed, thermostatic valves, concealed cisterns. All to current Building Regulations.

Electrics & Heating

Bathroom-rated electrics by our own Part P electricians. Underfloor heating, heated towel rails, demister mirrors, shaver sockets, LED downlights.

Waterproofing & Tanking

Full tanking system behind all wet areas. Aquaboard or Wedi board substrate. Properly waterproofed before a single tile is laid — no shortcuts.

Tiling & Stone

Porcelain, natural stone, marble, terrazzo, encaustic — we tile to the millimetre with perfectly aligned mitred edges. Large-format slabs or intricate mosaics.

Sanitaryware & Brassware

We supply and install from leading brands — Duravit, Hansgrohe, Crosswater, Vola, Lefroy Brooks. Or we'll fit your own selections to the same standard.

Walk-In Showers & Wet Rooms

Step in. No threshold. No curtain. No compromise.

Walk-in showers and wet rooms are our most requested bathroom feature. A frameless glass panel, a linear drain, large-format tiles flowing wall to floor — it transforms a bathroom from functional to architectural.

We build the gradient into the floor screed, install channel drains with proper falls, and tank everything to BS 5385 standards. The result is watertight, level-access, and effortlessly elegant.

  • Frameless glass panels — 10mm toughened, to ceiling
  • Linear or point drainage with stainless trim
  • Underfloor heating beneath porcelain or stone
  • Rainhead, handset and body jets available

Baths & Freestanding Features

The centrepiece your bathroom deserves

A freestanding bath turns a bathroom into a room you actually want to spend time in. We supply and install from Victoria + Albert, Clearwater, Burlington, and Bette — or work with bespoke manufacturers for one-off pieces.

Every bath installation includes concealed waste, floor-mounted or wall-mounted taps, and — where requested — a bespoke plinth or raised platform for that hotel-suite feeling.

  • Freestanding, built-in or sunken options
  • Floor-mounted or wall-mounted brassware
  • Concealed overflow and waste connections
  • Natural stone, composite or cast iron
Bathroom Types

We design for every space

From a compact cloakroom under the stairs to a full-floor master suite — we've designed and built them all.

Master En-Suite

The showpiece bathroom. Walk-in shower, freestanding bath, double vanity, heated floors, statement lighting. Connected directly to the master bedroom with bespoke finishes throughout.

Family Bathroom

Practical and durable without sacrificing design. Bath-shower combo, generous storage, anti-slip flooring, easy-clean finishes. Built to handle daily family life.

Guest En-Suite / Cloakroom

Compact doesn't mean compromise. Wall-hung vanity, concealed cistern, mirror cabinet, elegant tiling. Designed to make a small space feel considered and complete.

Wet Room

Fully tanked, open-plan showering with no tray or enclosure. Continuous tiling from wall to floor, linear drainage, level-access entry. The ultimate in contemporary design.

Loft Bathroom

Working around sloped ceilings, dormer windows and limited headroom. We maximise every inch — positioning fixtures where the height allows, with clever storage built into eaves.

Basement Bathroom

Below-ground bathrooms need specialist drainage — pumped waste systems, tanking against damp, and mechanical ventilation. We handle the engineering so the result feels indistinguishable from any other floor.

"They turned a tiny, dated bathroom into something that genuinely feels like a boutique hotel. The tiling is perfect, the lighting is beautiful, and the underfloor heating was the best decision we made. Exceptional work."

Common Questions

Bathroom renovation FAQ

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A standard bathroom renovation takes 2–3 weeks. Wet rooms and structural alterations may add another week. We provide an exact programme before work starts.

Can I use another bathroom during the work?

If you have a second bathroom or WC, yes — we'll keep it operational throughout. If not, we can often stage the work to minimise disruption. We'll advise during the consultation.

Do you supply the sanitaryware or can I choose my own?

Both. We can source everything from our trade accounts with Duravit, Hansgrohe, Crosswater and others — or we'll fit suites and brassware you've chosen yourself. Same quality installation either way.

Is underfloor heating worth it in a bathroom?

Absolutely — it's one of our most recommended additions. Electric underfloor heating under porcelain tiles adds only a few hundred pounds to the project but transforms the comfort of the room, especially in winter.

Can you convert a bathroom into a wet room?

Yes. We remove the shower tray, rebuild the floor with a gradient to a linear drain, fully tank the room, and tile continuously. We've done dozens of wet room conversions across NW London.

What guarantees do you provide?

5-year workmanship warranty on all bathroom renovations. All plumbing and electrical work is certified. Underfloor heating systems carry their own manufacturer warranty — typically 10–20 years.
